About Catasauqua Middle School

Our school district was founded 156 years ago in 1868. Each year, there are approximately 500 students are enrolled in grades 5th through 8th.

There are many sports that the middle school offers such as football, wrestling, basketball, baseball, field hockey, soccer, and more. There are also many clubs that students can partake in. Some of these include Lego Club, Scholastic Bowl, Wind Ensemble, and Sports Club as well as many, many more.

Fun fact: The building that is currently the middle school, was at one point the high school! A new high school was built in the early 2000’s and opened fully in 2005. Ever since, the former high school has been the Catasauqua Middle School.
